Understanding Dashboard Fields in Keep

In this video, we’ll go over the different categories and field meanings on your dashboard. Each field provides valuable information about your contacts and their activity.

Key Fields on the Dashboard

• Contact ID: This is the unique Keep ID assigned to each contact.
• Last Updated Time: This shows when the contact was last updated.
• Email: Displays the email address associated with the Keep record.
• Phone Number: Corresponds to the “Phone 1” field in Keep.
• First Name & Last Name: Displays the name of the contact.
• Last Edited By: Shows the email of the Keep login that made the last edit.

Understanding “Unknown” in Last Edited By

If “Unknown” is displayed in the “Last Edited By” field, it simply means that the system automatically updated that specific contact.
